The Controller is responsible for the financial affairs of the organization and preparation of financial analyses for guidance of management. Primary administrative support of the Billing Department.  Assists Billing Manager with various administrative tasks and special projects. Looking for a detail oriented, organized person able to work well independently.  Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel and have at least one year administrative assistant experience.  Full time day shift (8am-5pm). Duties include assigning specified diagnoses codes to medical and/or clinical procedures.  Will also analyze patient medical records, ensuring that documentation by Pathologist conforms to legal and procedural requirements. 1 to 3 years coding experience.  Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-9CM, and CPT-4 coding required.
