Information Technology Services Director: Full Time

Our growing laboratory organization relies heavily on multiple information systems and technology infrastructure to provide excellent services at multiple sites throughout the Central Coast. The right candidate will possess hands-on management skills, effective leadership, ability to manage multiple projects on an ongoing basis in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a commitment to excellent internal and external client support. Five years management experience and a Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent required. Healthcare experience required. We offer a generous benefit package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance and 401k.  Salary depends on experience.

Network Administrator: Full Time

Our growing laboratory organization relies heavily on multiple information systems and technology infrastructure to provide excellent services at multiple sites throughout the Central Coast. The right candidate will possess thorough understanding of recent Windows Client and Server Operating Systems, IP Networking, Firewalls, Server Hardware, Active Directory, Group Policy, and IT best practices.  Specific experience with SQL, Exchange, Cisco, and Citrix is a plus.  Candidate will also have the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a commitment to excellent customer service. Clinical Laboratory

Chemistry Supervisor: Full Time

Quality-focused, fast-paced Clinical laboratory seeking a California Licensed Clinical Laboratory Scientist to assume responsibility for our progressive, automated chemistry department. Successful candidate will possess superior analytical skills as well as a proven track record in leadership and team-building.  Applicant must be familiar with CAP accreditation requirements and be able to develop and validate new assays and associated policies and procedures.  Recent experience with Roche modular chemistry automation a plus.  Candidate must possess a current State of California CLS license and have excellent communication and customer service skills. Full-time, some weekends and evening shifts.  We offer a generous benefit package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance and 401k.

Flow Cytometry Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) : Full Time or Part Time

Experience with flow cytometry desired, but will train right candidate.  Candidates must possess current California CLS License.  Must be detail-oriented team player, able to maintain high standard of quality and work closely with hematopathologists and scientists in busy flow cytometry laboratory.  Management experience and experience with CAP and regulatory requirements a plus.  Full or part-time hours available.  If full time, we offer a generous benefit package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance and 401k.

Generalist - Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) : Full Time or Part Time

Generalist needed to augment our busy team in the core clinical laboratory.  Must be quality-driven team-player.  Experience with Roche chemistry and Coulter hematology instruments helpful, but not required.  Experience or willing to train in molecular biology a plus.  Candidate must possess a current State of California CLS license and have excellent communication and customer service skills. Newly licensed CLS considered.  Full or part-time hours available, some weekends and evening shifts.  If full time, we offer a generous benefit package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance and 401k.

Microbiology Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) : Full Time or Part Time

Experienced CLS Microbiologist. Responsible for the accurate testing of patient specimens submitted for analysis. Candidate must possess a current State of California CLS license and have excellent communication and customer service skills. Some evening shifts, weekends. Histology Laboratory

Histology Technician: Full Time

AM shift opening (3:30am-12pm). Busy histology department in San Luis Obispo provides services to six local hospitals and outreach programs. Extensive histology menu including IHC and FISH. Duties will include orienting and embedding of tissue specimens, trimming and cutting of tissue blocks, preparing slides, and staining for special stain procedures (both manual and automatic). HT(ASCP) or HTL(ASCP) Certification and three years experience required.  Looking for strong embedding and microtomy skills.  IHC experience preferred.  We offer a generous benefit package including 401K, medical, dental and vision. Salary DOE.
